Bear Academy

Brownsboro High School is excited to offer this unique program for our students.  Students participating in Bear Academy are given the opportunity to gain a head start on life after high school.

In addition to the normal high school courses, Bear Academy students take Dual Credit Courses through Trinity Valley Community College. Dual Credit  courses count for both high school and college credit.  All Bear Academy students will take specific courses totaling a minimum of 42 hours.  Upon completion of this program, students will be considered Core Complete.  Core Complete means that upon graduation, all 42 credit hours will be accepted by any public Texas university.
