Welcome to my webpage! My name is Kristie Harvey and this is my fifth year at Brownsboro High School and my fifth year of teaching total! I graduated from Tarleton State University in 2012 with a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Services and Development. I am very proud to have graduated from the top school in the nation for agricultural education and I can not wait to teach my students about everything agriculture!
This year I will be teaching four different courses which include: Principles of Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources; Floral Design, Horticulture, and the newly added course Veterinary Medical Applications.
There is a detailed description about each of these classes on each individual class page. Along with teaching these classes, I will also be serving as one of four of the Brownsboro FFA chapter advisors. As an advisor I will be training multiple leadership and judging teams this year, along with being the go to person for any interest in showing lambs, goats, and chickens. I'm looking forward to seeing how this school year unfolds and how successful my students can be in and out of the classroom.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the ag office at
